Job summary

Documo is seeking an Account Growth Manager to nurture long-term customer relationships, drive retention and profitability, and identify expansion opportunities within our cloud fax platform. This role reports to the Director of Customer Success and is fully remote in the US.

You will collaborate with sales and success teams, analyze account data, develop strategies, and aim to secure renewals while expanding product adoption. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals in account management, CS, or inside sales.
• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or inside sales.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Jira.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus points for healthcare, telecom knowledge, or API integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement account development strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Analyze account data and performance metrics to inform strategy.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize potential.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships and serve as trusted advisor.
• Drive revenue growth, negotiate contracts, and secure renewals.
• Stay informed on industry trends and Documo products.
