Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or inside sales.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Jira.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute account development strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Nurture existing customer relationships to build loyalty and trust.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts to maximize potential.
• Collaborate with Sales to negotiate contracts and expand business.
• Aim to secure annual renewals and monitor account performance.
