Job summary

Documo Inc. is seeking an Account Growth Manager to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, driving satisfaction, retention, and profitability. You will develop account strategies, analyze data, and collaborate with internal teams to expand Documo’s cloud fax platform adoption.

You will partner with Sales to negotiate contracts, secure renewals, and identify opportunities across the Documo product suite, including healthcare and telecom domains.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or inside sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals and driving customer value.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement account development strategies aligned with Documo’s growth objectives.
• Analyze account data and performance metrics to inform strategy.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account potential.
• Collaborate with Sales to negotiate contracts and expand business.
• Secure annual renewals from assigned accounts.
