Job summary

Wed Society® | Greater Raleigh Area is seeking a results-driven Account Executive with outside sales experience to close memberships and grow client relationships. You will prospect, conduct meetings (virtual and in-person), and manage full sales cycles to meet targets.

This role is salary plus commission, largely remote with regular in-market visits and occasional travel. Strong communication, consultative selling, and CRM proficiency (HubSpot) are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of sales experience.
• Adept at prospecting and using effective consultative selling principles and practices.
• Strong client service relationship-building skills.
• Proven work experience in sales roles.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written & presentation), negotiation, and closing skills.
• Independent; self-motivated; competitive; resilient.

Responsibilities

• Manages the full sales cycle from prospecting, building a full pipeline, and closing membership to new accounts.
• Conducts effective virtual & in-person meetings with accounts to close deals.
• Maintains client communication and ensures client satisfaction through strong relationships to ensure long-term success.
• Generates revenue and meets/exceeds established sales targets.
