Job summary

Wed Society® Charleston + Hilton Head is seeking a rockstar Account Executive with outside sales experience to close memberships and grow relationships with clients in the Charleston and Hilton Head marketplace. The role involves generating leads, managing meetings (virtual and in-person), and ensuring client satisfaction to drive long-term revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of sales experience.
• Adept at prospecting and using effective consultative selling principles and practices.
• Strong client service relationship-building skills.
• Proven work experience as a successful Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written & presentation), negotiation, and closing skills.
• Independent; self-motivated; competitive; resilient.
• Position is Salary + Commission. Account Executive will work from home with in-person client visits regularly in the marketplace and occasional travel outside of the market for special events.
• Full technology suite – physical equipment and industry leading software

Responsibilities

• Manages the full sales cycle from prospecting, building a full pipeline, and closing membership to new accounts
• Conducts effective virtual & in-person meetings with accounts to close deals
• Maintains client communication and ensures client satisfaction through strong relationships to ensure long-term success
• Generates revenue and meets/exceeds established sales targets
