Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development, account management, staffing, recruiting sales, or tech services.
• Proven success hunting new business and closing B2B deals.
• Strong communication, consultative selling, organization, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and win new accounts through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Build relationships with hiring leaders and uncover recruiting, consulting, and workforce needs.
• Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close staffing and professional services engagements.
• Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to present qualified talent and ensure client success.
• Grow revenue through consistent pipeline management, account planning, and follow-through.
