Kelly Services is seeking an Account Executive for the Science & Clinical team in the United States. You will develop business with strategic customers and expand existing accounts, leveraging consultative sales skills.

The role requires 2+ years in Clinical Research or CRO/FS&P, strong negotiation and presentation abilities, and a track record of top performance. Base salary starts at $75k–$95k with lucrative monthly commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and business development experience in Clinical Research, Clinical Trials, or CRO/FSP industries.
• Proven ability to develop business; build consultative relationships; thrive in a team environment.
• Must be a top performer with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop business with prospective strategic customers and penetration/retention of existing customers.
• Build relationships, network, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Demonstrate strong internal/external customer focus, leadership, and negotiation/presentation skills.
• Collaborate effectively with all levels of management.
• Adhere to sales metrics and thresholds.
• Stay current with competitive trends, staffing/human resource issues and market conditions and their effect on business.
• Operate within company policy, exercising discretion and independent judgment in making decisions.
• Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with decision-makers, end users, and community leaders.
