You will manage complex sales cycles, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and tailor solutions to customer challenges, leveraging The Challenger sales framework to win deals and shape product feedback.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record of quota attainment and closing complex deals.
• Experience building strategic relationships with senior executives.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and AI-driven robotics trends.

• Teach Challenger sales methodology in engagements.
• Manage complex, high-value sales cycles from lead to close.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, CS, and product teams to tailor solutions.
• Understand customer needs through virtual and in-person meetings.
• Analyze market dynamics and competitive landscapes to position solutions.
• Provide actionable feedback to R&D to influence product features.
• Mentor and lead junior team members when opportunities arise.
