Job summary

Axon is seeking an Account Executive for the Northeast territory. This role involves selling and introducing Axon products to law enforcement customers, handling quotes and lead times, and driving demand in an assigned region.

You will develop a regional sales plan, perform outbound prospecting, and maintain Salesforce records. The position is remote with 50–70% travel, and compensation includes uncapped commissions and a base pay range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applicable experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in a full cycle Sales role with quota attainment.
• 1+ years of customer facing sales experience.
• Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• 1+ years of Field Sales exp preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales plan to meet or exceed targets.
• Provide product demos for end-user customers via phone and web conferencing.
• Maintain and expand the CRM with prospects, accounts and contacts.
• Handle changes in sales orders and communicate with related departments.
• Prospect and drive demand in assigned territory for all Axon products.
