Eliassen Group is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business throughprospecting and relationship-building with key decision makers in the Chicago area. You will identify opportunities, present strategic staffing solutions, and place qualified candidates, partnering with top recruiters.

You’ll operate in a remote-capable role covering the Chicago market, earning a base salary plus tiered commissions, with comprehensive benefits and a strong focus on team success and client partnership.

Qualifikationen

• You live to sell and have a proven track record in selling IT staffing solutions.
• Experience in a staffing agency environment within the past 3 years.
• Ability to work with recruiters to convey requirements and client control.
• Collaborates with divisions to cross-sell services and maintain professional standards.
• High energy with a sense of urgency and ability to develop repeat business.
