Job summary

WithMe, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to own the Dallas/Fort Worth territory end-to-end, from prospecting to closing, with regular travel within the region and ~25% travel outside the area for trade shows and events.

The base salary ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 with an OTE of around $60,000, plus commission. You will report to the Director of Sales and work in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years carrying a quota and closing new business on your own.
• Experience selling consultative, solution-oriented products.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM; Outreach or similar outbound tools a plus.
• Ability to work remotely and travel ~25% for visits/events.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle in your territory from first touch to signed contract.
• Build a pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up.
• Run discovery to understand operational challenges.
• Deliver product demos and tailored pricing recommendations.
• Build proposals and get contracts across the line.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce forecasts.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure delivery.
• Represent WithMe at trade shows and in-market meetings.
