Job summary

OJ Digital is seeking an Account Executive to join a fast-growing technology company that helps businesses organize and book corporate travel, team retreats, and events. This fully remote role targets candidates in the United States within the Eastern, Central or Mountain time zones.

The AE will own the full sales cycle, handle a large inbound pipeline, conduct discovery with HR and executives, and close deals with tailored proposals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of continuous Account Executive experience in a single role.
• Proven experience owning and closing deals against a quota.
• Experience managing a high-volume, transactional sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to signed contract.
• Manage a high volume of inbound opportunities through the pipeline.
• Conduct discovery calls with HR, People Ops and business leaders.
• Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and CRM records (HubSpot).
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver customer value.
• Generate outbound opportunities during slower periods with the team.
• Share customer feedback to improve product and processes.
