Oxford Nanopore Technologies is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive adoption and growth of GridION and PromethION in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will manage high-potential accounts, develop strategic plans, and lead complex buying processes with academia, government, and biotech partners.

Based in the Silicon Valley area, you will travel regularly to cover the territory and collaborate with Applications, Inside Sales, Clinical Sales, and Marketing to maximize instrument

Qualificações

• Five+ years field-based commercial experience
• Three+ years selling scientific instrumentation or high-tech solutions
• Inside sales or distribution experience with Nanopore technology or in the NGS market
• Proven track record in complex, consultative sales processes

Responsabilidades

• Own territory and account strategy with focus on instrument placements and consumables
• Lead complex sales cycles including capital equipment and service contracts
• Develop biotech and clinical research accounts to expand platform adoption
• Differentiate Nanopore technology to align with customer objectives
• Build lasting customer relationships and reference sites
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent engagement
• Maintain sales pipeline and accurate forecasts in CRM
• Represent Oxford Nanopore at events and drive commercial results
