Brilliant, a leading branded products and corporate gifting company, is seeking an Account Executive to drive new client acquisition and grow existing Financial Services relationships in a remote US role.

You will translate client needs into gifting and merchandise programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and navigate compliance-conscious environments to land strategic deals.

Qualifications

• Deep experience within fintech or the broader financial services sector with relationship-building and revenue responsibility.
• Strong ability to engage senior, fast-moving stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• New Client Acquisition: identify opportunities, engage buyers, run discovery, demos, and negotiations.
• Account Management: own relationships, maximize satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
• Strategic Growth: monitor trends, communicate value of gifting solutions, inform product/marketing.
