Job summary

Steer is seeking an Account Executive for its remote, expansion-focused team. You will own the full sales cycle with automotive repair shops, prospecting, learning shop workflows, demonstrating Steer’s CRM and phones products, handling objections, and closing upgrades.

You will work with shop owners and managers who know Steer, building trust, managing a healthy pipeline, and achieving revenue targets while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience owning and closing sales opportunities in a full-cycle or expansion context.
• Strong ability to make outbound calls and create opportunities, not just inbound leads.
• Excellent discovery, presentation, handling objections, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively call Steer customers to uncover CRM and phones upgrades opportunities.
• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to close including proposals and negotiations.
• Learn each shop’s goals and explain how Steer products fit their needs.
