Job summary

Brilliant Agency, a fast-growing remote PR and marketing agency serving family-oriented brands, seeks a full-time Account Executive to support a growing full-funnel marketing team. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of full-time agency experience in consumer products PR or integrated marketing, strong project management skills, and curiosity about new technology and AI.

This is a remote role, but the candidate must live in the NYC/New Jersey Tri State Area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time agency experience in consumer products PR or integrated marketing.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Curiosity about new technology and AI; comfortable adopting new tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client communications, media relations, and campaign strategy.
• Curate media databases, pitch angles, and track earned placements.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple accounts.
• Leverage AI tools to improve drafting, reporting, and research processes.
• Attend in-person media meetings and events in the NYC area as needed.
