Job summary

Brilliant is seeking a full-time Senior Account Executive to join our fast-moving, award-winning agency. This remote-enabled role focuses on earned media for consumer products, PR and integrated marketing, with in-person NYC-area engagements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of agency experience, strong media relations skills, and a passion for AI-enabled campaigns. You will lead day-to-day client work, mentor juniors, and drive campaigns from concept to results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency experience in consumer products PR or integrated marketing.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Curiosity about technology and AI and willingness to adopt new tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact on assigned accounts and build client trust.
• Present plans, recommendations and results on client calls.
• Manage scope and staffing with account leadership to avoid problems.
• Lead pitching, media outreach, and secure top-tier coverage.
• Coordinate media interviews, desksides, and briefing documents.
• Lead virtual and live media events and influencer activities.
• Mentor junior staff and develop media relationships.
• Use AI tools to support research, drafting, and monitoring.
