Job summary

Brilliant Agency, one of the most respected and rapidly growing agencies focused on family-oriented brands, seeks a full-time Account Executive, Earned to help support our award-winning full-funnel marketing team. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of agency experience in consumer products PR or integrated marketing and strong project management.

This is a remote role, but you must live in the NYC/New Jersey Tri-State Area and be available for regular in-person media engagements in NYC.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of PR agency experience in the consumer goods industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communication and media relations.
• Develop and pitch story angles; monitor earned placements.
• Plan timelines, budgets, and deliverables; use AI tools to enhance drafting and reporting.
• Coordinate in-person media meetings and desksides in NYC as needed.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
