Job summary

Brilliant Agency is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage day-to-day client work, lead media relations, and drive campaigns from concept to impact. This full-time, fully remote role requires regular travel to NYC area for in-person engagements.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in consumer products PR or integrated marketing, strong project management, and a curious mindset about AI and new tools to elevate results. We offer unlimited PTO and a fast-paced, high-excellence culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency experience in consumer, lifestyle or CPG space.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong media relations and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact on assigned accounts and build client trust.
• Present plans, recommendations and results on client calls.
• Flag scope and staffing issues to account leadership before they become problems.
• Own pitching calendar: story angles, outlets, timing.
• Pitch and secure top-tier national coverage; hands-on role.
• Build and maintain media and influencer databases; monitor coverage.
• Write pitches, press releases and media alerts; follow up for coverage.
• Coordinate media interviews and desksides; develop briefing documents.
• Build relationships with editors, producers, freelancers and influencers.
