Job summary

QC Servion is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth across the data center, power, energy, utility, and critical infrastructure markets. This consultative role requires strong relationship-building and the ability to translate client needs into actionable opportunities across the QC Ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will develop strategic plans, manage executive-level relationships, and partner with engineering, commissioning, and program management teams to win multi-stakeholder pursuits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in business development, account management, or strategic sales.
• Experience selling to data center, utilities, or energy infrastructure markets.
• Ability to build strategic client relationships and pursue multi-stakeholder opportunities.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities across data center, power, energy, utility, and critical infrastructure markets.
• Develop and execute strategic account and opportunity plans aligned with growth objectives.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients, projects, and strategic partnerships.
• Maintain executive relationships and understand client objectives and long-term infrastructure strategies.
• Partner with engineering, commissioning, program management, and other teams to develop solutions.
• Support proposals, RFPs, presentations, and client workshops.
• Maintain CRM data, forecast pipelines, and provide market insights.
