Job summary

QC Servion is seeking a Program Manager to drive day-to-day execution of large-scale data center programs across the QC Ecosystem. You will coordinate across ecosystem entities, partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure commitments are executed, milestones are achieved, and issues are resolved before they impact delivery.

This role sits at the intersection of program planning, execution, and coordination.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of program or project management experience within construction, infrastructure, utilities, energy, or EPC environments.
• Proven experience coordinating multiple projects, vendors, consultants, contractors, or delivery partners within a single program.
• Strong understanding of program execution, cross-functional coordination, and phase-gate processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day execution against master program schedules and phase-gate milestones.
• Coordinate activities across ecosystem entities, consultants, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary coordination point between the PMO and teams executing work in the field.
• Facilitate working sessions that keep projects aligned, risks visible, and decisions moving forward.
• Monitor program performance and proactively identify potential impacts to schedule, scope, and delivery.
