Siemens Healthineers seeks an Account Executive, POC, to lead field-based sales and own key accounts across the healthcare system landscape. You will drive growth, deliver tailored solutions, and build lasting partnerships with decision-makers.

Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Sales, you will develop strategic account plans, conduct business reviews, and expand the Point of Care footprint. This role offers a competitive compensation package and a robust benefits program.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of relevant sales experience.
• 5+ years in clinical diagnostic sales, corporate accounts, or hospital purchasing.
• Experience with strategic sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger).
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the single point of contact and quarterback for all customer needs within assigned accounts.
• Assume full ownership of the account with deep understanding of products and positioning.
• Develop and execute account plans using market intelligence and competitive insights.
• Lead business reviews and update strategies based on market conditions and requirements.
• Identify and convert new opportunities, expanding the POC portfolio.
• Deliver technical and financial presentations showing value of the portfolio.
• Conduct workflow analyses and collaborate cross-functionally to tailor solutions.
• Build relationships with decision-makers to retain and expand accounts.
• Maintain CRM records, forecast pipelines, and participate in reviews.
