Job summary

Telnyx LLC is a remote-friendly employer seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive US-based sales of programmable communications, Voice AI, and private wireless solutions. You will own sourcing and closing new business across Enterprises, SaaS leaders, and digital-native companies.

You will collaborate with SDRs and Solutions Engineering to craft tailored solutions, manage the full sales cycle, and articulate Telnyx's unique value proposition against competitors.

Qualifications

• Proven success selling CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, telecom, or AI/ML platforms.
• Track record closing Enterprise and SMB deals across the full sales cycle.
• 2+ years direct experience in CPaaS, Voice AI, IoT, or similarly technical infra sales.
• Consistent history of quota attainment — hunter mentality.
• Strong consultative selling with ROI storytelling for technical and business buyers.
• Reputation as a trusted partner — customers return.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Outlook for building your own pipeline with outbound.
• Familiarity with SPIN, GAP, Challenger, and MEDDPICC frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Sell programmable voice, messaging, Voice AI, wireless, and networking products to developers and executives.
• Own full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close.
• Articulate Telnyx's value (private network, reliability, AI-native) and compete with Twilio/Vonage.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering to design custom communications and AI solutions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting — no surprises.
• Help customers define success metrics and critical goals post-sale.
• Be a trusted advisor to help customers hit business objectives with Telnyx solutions.
• Execute on both quick-win transactional deals and complex enterprise engagements.
