Job summary

Apartment List is hiring an Account Executive to lead growth within an assigned territory. This is a true hunter role responsible for sourcing, opening, and closing new business with property management companies not yet on our platform.

You will own outbound prospecting, build pipeline, run full-cycle deals, and partner cross-functionally for long-term success. The role entails ~25-40% travel within the Mountain Plains Region, with preference for the Greater Denver Area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, including field/territory/outside sales.
• Experience selling SaaS or AI products with ability to articulate value and drive adoption.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas in a high-activity, pipeline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory by targeting high-opportunity accounts and generating pipeline.
• Conduct full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing and negotiations.
• Build relationships with marketing directors, RPMs, IT teams, and other decision makers.
• Educate partners on Apartment List platform (A-List Market, A-List Nurture, AI leasing).
• Collaborate with Solutions Consultants, Account Managers, Marketing, and Enablement to support deals and onboarding.
