Apartment List is looking for an Account Executive to drive growth in the Southwest, with Salt Lake City and Phoenix included. This is a true hunter role—you will source, open, and close new business with property management companies not yet on our platform, owning outbound prospecting and full-cycle deals.

The role requires ~25-40% travel within the territory. It offers remote work within the US and a competitive OTE with equity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience in a hunter role.
• Experience selling SaaS or AI products into multifamily portfolios.
• Willingness to travel 25-40% within Southwest region.

Responsibilities

• Own territory by targeting accounts, generating pipeline, and establishing yourself as a trusted marketing/AI-leasing expert.
• Run high-volume outbound activity (calls, emails, in-person visits) to generate opportunities.
• Conduct full-cycle sales: prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing.
• Collaborate with marketing, solutions consultants, account managers, and enablement teams to support deals.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy in Salesforce, Gong, and other sales tools.
• Assist with account implementation after close to ensure a smooth handoff to Account Management.
