Brilliant is a fully remote performance agency seeking a Senior Account Executive to own day-to-day client work, drive earned media, and mentor junior staff. You’ll lead media strategy, craft pitches, and manage timelines, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled research and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of agency experience in consumer, lifestyle or CPG space.
• Demonstrated experience as a day-to-day client lead with strong media relationships.
• Hands-on experience writing pitches and press materials that get picked up.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client contact and build trust.
• Lead pitching calendar and secure top-tier national coverage.
• Coach junior staff on pitch writing and media relationships.
• Lead brainstorms for campaigns and product launches.
• Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, and staffing.
• Use AI tools to support research and reporting.
