Job summary

Brilliant is seeking a full-time Assistant Account Executive for a remote role. The candidate should bring 1+ year of agency experience in consumer products PR or integrated marketing, with strong organizational skills and curiosity about AI and new tech.

We value a proactive, detail-oriented team player who can manage multiple projects, use AI tools daily, and help drive ROI for clients across PR, influencer, social, and paid media campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1+ years of PR agency experience in consumer goods.
• Experience managing timelines across multiple accounts.
• Comfortable using AI tools day to day, with examples of how you've used them.
• Willingness to try new technologies and adopt new tools quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects.
• Proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for staying ahead of trends.

Responsibilities

• Support media relations, pitches, and press material distribution.
• Draft editor/media outreach and monitor coverage.
• Coordinate project, campaign, and account timelines and deliverables.
• Use AI tools to support research, drafting, monitoring, and reporting.
• Assist with virtual and live media/influencer events.
• Track client media awards and submit materials on deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns hit targets.
• Spot opportunities to automate tasks and improve output quality.
