Job summary

Brilliant is seeking a full-time Account Director to lead the agency’s largest clients, owning strategy, creative direction and client relationships from planning through delivery. This remote leadership role sits above the account supervisor, coordinating across PR, influencer, affiliate, paid and events.

You’ll drive programs, mentor teams, and explore AI tools to work smarter, delivering measurable ROI while maintaining top-tier client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 10+ years agency experience in consumer, lifestyle or CPG space.
• Proven ability as day-to-day client lead with P&L awareness.
• Strong media relationships and a portfolio of top placements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior day-to-day contact on the agency’s largest integrated accounts.
• Provide strategic counsel, build client trust and present plans to leadership.
• Own health of the account including scope, budgets and renewals.
• Lead and mentor team members, foster collaboration and timely delivery.
