Job summary

Safe-Guard Products International seeks an Account Development Manager to nurture dealer group relationships, drive product adoption, and support training. This role emphasizes strategic account management, cross-functional collaboration, and customer success.

You'll generate leads, coordinate training, and partner with the National Sales Manager to expand Safe-Guard’s footprint across the US. Travel up to 50% to client sites and conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years in account management or client relations, preferably in automotive/retail.
• Five years of Automotive industry experience.
• Three years of Retail F&I experience.
• Strong CRM and reporting proficiency; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing dealer groups to drive adoption.
• Provide training support and facilitate workshops for client teams.
• Identify growth opportunities within current accounts for cross-sell and upsell.
• Generate qualified leads and report performance in CRM.
