Job summary

Associated Production Music, LLC is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our Sports team in a remote role with East Coast hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET). You will present our website and services to clients, gather feedback, and educate customers on music offerings and services.

You’ll manage client logins, maintain the Salesforce pipeline, and assist with renewals while collaborating with Marketing on campaigns and assets. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or account management.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Comfortable with outbound calls and CRM usage.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live presentations of our products to clients.
• Gather feedback and survey data to drive insights.
• Educate clients on offerings and services.
• Manage client logins and troubleshoot access.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline and reports.
• Monitor renewals and coordinate processes.
• Analyze client data and health signals.
• Coordinate marketing projects with Sports and Marketing teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product features.
• Note-taking on calls and follow-up actions.
• Proactively identify client needs and solutions.
• Handle scheduling for Account Executives.
