Job summary

Unrivaled Teamwear is seeking an Account Coordinator to provide quality customer service support across select territories. You will ensure accurate and timely order entry, monitor orders, and resolve art, production, or quality issues in a fast-paced, apparel-focused environment.

You will respond to inquiries from customers, sales agents, and internal teams, coordinating with brand management, manufacturing, and credit to keep orders moving and timelines on track.

Qualifications

• Four years customer service and/or sales experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); knowledge of Oracle preferred.
• Must work professionally on PC in a professional/academic setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify accuracy of orders and communicate changes.
• Coordinate with sales agents and customers to resolve non-standard requests.
• Expedite orders and monitor timelines with internal teams.
• Maintain reports and improve processes.
