Job summary

Scenario Communications is seeking an Account Coordinator with a strong interest in Entertainment, Film/TV and events PR. The role starts as work from home with the team meeting 3–4 times a month and potential travel for in‑person events.

You will monitor media, manage lists, and prepare reports while collaborating with teams in NY, LA and Nashville. Prior experience or internships in PR is valued, and candidates should be highly organized with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Located in Los Angeles or New York area.
• 1–2 relevant internships or entry-level PR experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor media for client placements across newspapers, magazines, TV, online outlets and blogs.
• Use databases to manage media lists and celebrity/influencer contacts.
• Create and distribute clip reports, media alerts, interview requests, agendas and call recaps.
• Collaborate with NY, LA and Nashville teams to pitch media and follow up.
• Support managerial operations and assist with events as needed.
