Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years related experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails, and chats delivering first-class service.
• Evaluate and write up incoming orders for Processing.
• Assist customers with product inquiries including inventory and pricing.
• Coordinate with processing team and account managers for accurate orders.
• Process paperwork for orders, RMAs, and backorders.
• Maintain customer data in ticketing, ERP, and CRM systems.
