argenx US is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager in the West Atlanta area to partner with healthcare providers to optimize patient access to argenx therapies. You will guide providers through payer policies, prior authorizations, and claims processes while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely access.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in reimbursement, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven track record in medical and pharmacy benefit environments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of reimbursement experience.
• Experience with specialty therapies or payer policies preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary reimbursement and patient access resource for healthcare providers and staff within the assigned territory.
• Educate customers on patient access, reimbursement, coverage policies, prior authorizations, claims, and coding considerations.
• Develop account-specific access strategies and help providers navigate reimbursement challenges in accordance with company policy.
• Collaborate with Patient Services, Case Management, Market Head, Business Leader, Market Access, and other stakeholders to deliver a consistent customer experience.
