Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor based in the United States. This is a remote leadership role overseeing day-to-day operations within a high-volume patient access and contact center environment.

You will lead Patient Access Representatives, ensuring timely, accurate, and compassionate assistance, while driving performance, coaching, and process improvements to support equitable access and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher-level education or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years in healthcare contact center or patient access environment.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience with coaching and accountability.
• Strong customer-service orientation and adaptable communication.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting and manage priorities.
• Excellent English communication with patients, staff, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Patient Access Representatives and manage daily priorities.
• Assist with complex patient inquiries including scheduling, provider selection, and financial screening.
• Address patient escalations promptly with compassionate service.
• Monitor and report key service metrics (call volumes, wait times, productivity, accuracy).
• Coach and develop staff; ensure onboarding and ongoing training quality.
• Recommend policy updates and process improvements for scheduling and access.
