Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Analytics Coordinator III based in the United States to support a diverse portfolio of healthcare analytics, research, and quality improvement projects.

Working with project managers, data analysts, clinicians, and external partners, you will help coordinate projects from initiation through completion, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Science, Social Science, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• A master's degree or graduate-level coursework in a related field is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including proofreading, editing, grammar, and professional correspondence.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate healthcare analytics and quality improvement projects throughout their lifecycle, including planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and closeout.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, documentation gaps, and operational challenges; communicate issues and recommend improvements.
• Act as coordination point between internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and external partners; organize meetings and document decisions.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, formatting, validating, and submitting reports and other project materials; maintain records in SharePoint and other systems.
• Conduct literature research on healthcare topics; summarize findings and support written and data-oriented reports.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Science, Social Science, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related discipline

Master's degree or graduate-level coursework in a related field
