Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst based in the United States. You will support QA and data analytics initiatives for a federal healthcare program and its marketplace oversight, ensuring quality and reliability of enterprise applications.
This fully remote opportunity involves collaborating with business analysts, project coordinators, and development teams.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent IT experience.
- 4+ years of professional IT experience in requirements development, software testing, or related disciplines.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint.
- Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas, macros, and data analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset.
- Experience with databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
Responsabilidades
- Support QA activities for SharePoint Online migration projects and SDLC testing.
- Collaborate with business, product, and development teams from requirements to regression testing.
- Design, develop, and execute test plans for new systems and enhancements.
- Create detailed, reusable manual test cases from requirements.
- Document testing outcomes and reproduce issues with steps.
