Responsibilities

• Process all leave of absence paperwork according to procedures and laws.
• Administer the FMLA policy; review FMLA documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with management on LOA situations and guidance within policy and legal guidelines.
• Maintain records of LOA requests and track data for reporting.
