Aflac is seeking a PLADS Leave Case Manager to work remotely from the continental US. The role focuses on guiding associates through LOA processes, administering FMLA, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Responsibilities include processing paperwork, coordinating documents, generating reports, and supporting management with special projects. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of FMLA and ADA regulations helpful.
• Experience in absence management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist associates with leave of absence requests and guide them through the process.
• Process all leave of absence paperwork according to established procedures and laws.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to associates and all levels of management.
• Administer the FMLA policy and review documentation for accuracy.
• Makes recommendations to approve or deny FMLA requests based on regulations.
• Coordinate correspondence, forms, and documents via the claim system.
• Generate reports and maintain files, inputs and data.
• Support management with special projects as necessary.
