Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist management with LOA situations and guidance within policy and legal guidelines.
• Process leave of absence paperwork according to procedures and laws.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to associates and management.
• Make LOA claim decisions and gather relevant information.
• Maintain records and generate reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with standards and federal/state regulations.
