Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Area Business Manager for Vaccines in the Des Moines, IA area. This remote US role focuses on account-based B2B engagement with pediatrics, primary care, IDNs, and health systems to grow vaccine business and optimize customer experiences;

the ABM will collaborate with MSLs, Market Access, and other cross-functional teams, travel up to 75%, and drive strategy to achieve portfolio goals while leveraging AI and digital tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience
• Strong understanding of healthcare environment and decision making
• Proven ability to access decision makers
• Experience in account management and hybrid work environment
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking

Responsibilities

• Grow portfolio share and revenue and deliver product goals
• Act as therapeutic area expert and differentiate products
• Collaborate with MSLs, Market Access, strategic accounts and hospitals
• Identify market dynamics and develop strategies to meet objectives
• Use data insights from internal systems to improve HCP performance
• Plan and execute local promotional speaker programs
• Manage budget to support territory growth
• Travel up to 75% to customers, events, and trainings
