Jobgether seeks a Campaign Manager (ABM) to accelerate enterprise pipeline growth in the United States. The role focuses on AI-powered account intelligence, highly personalized multichannel campaigns, and close collaboration with Sales and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities include developing account profiles, mapping committees, and executing one-to-one and one-to-few ABM programs. This remote role supports campaigns across email, paid media, events, gifting, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in demand generation and ABM, defining ICPs and account tiering.
• Hands-on experience managing campaign funnels and optimizing pipeline.
• Strong AI/LLM prompt engineering and account intelligence skills.
• Excellent analytics, hypothesis testing, and measurement of impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered account intelligence profiles and intent signals.
• Map buying committees and track decision-makers and influencers.
• Apply AI to campaign strategy and optimize engagement timing.
• Execute one-to-one and one-to-few ABM programs for enterprise accounts.
• Coordinate multichannel activations across email, paid media, events, and partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional execution with marketing, product, and sales teams.
• Partner with Sales to align priorities and improve handoffs.
• Own a structured experimentation roadmap and define success metrics.
• Build dashboards and scalable ABM playbooks for repeatable success.
• Identify strategic opportunities and collaborate with Revenue Ops.
