Job summary

Behavior Frontiers is seeking a Training Manager to oversee the full Initial ABA Training for new Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) and to elevate the quality of care across the practice. This primarily remote role partners with the Training Director and clinical leadership to ensure high standards and successful program delivery.

You'll supervise Training Coordinators, coach teams, monitor progress with metrics, and ensure compliance with state and funding requirements, while providing BCBA

Qualifications

• BCBA preferred; master’s degree in ABA is acceptable.
• Certification: RBT required.
• Minimum 3–5 years ABA experience, including supervisory or training roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full Initial ABA Training for BTs/RBTs.
• Supervise Training Coordinators with coaching and evaluations.
• Refine Initial ABA Training and ensure compliance with state funding requirements.
• Maintain training records and provide BCBA supervision hours.
