Behavior Frontiers is seeking a Training Manager to oversee the initial ABA training for new BTs/RBTs, ensuring confidence, competence, and readiness for direct therapy. You will supervise Training Coordinators, collaborate with the Training Director, and maintain program quality in a remote setting.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s in ABA (or equivalent) and BCBA/RBT credentials, with 3–5 years of ABA training/supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years ABA supervisory or training experience.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical standards.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and data analysis skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full Initial ABA Training for new BTs/RBTs.
• Supervise Training Coordinators with coaching and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with state and funding requirements.
• Maintain training records and support audits.
• Provide BCBA supervision hours for eligible staff.
