Job summary

FronteraCare in the United States is seeking a Training Manager to develop and deliver onboarding for R/BTs, BCBAs, and Licensed Psychologists across locations. You will own BT/RBT training, supervise the Training Support Specialist, and personally perform key training tasks as needed.

You will build and maintain curricula, audit training quality, and drive automation and process improvements across the training pipeline.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required with at least 3 years certified as a BCBA.
• Experience leading BT and BCBA training programs.
• Strong instructional design, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication with diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel regionally about every 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Training Support Specialist and execute training tasks when needed.
• Lead BT training directly, including orientation and clinical competencies.
• Escalate and address issues in new hire progress or conduct.
• Develop and update training content, materials, and job aids.
• Audit trainings for quality and update practices to current standards.
• Automate or streamline training workflows with leadership.
• Schedule and deliver BCBA-level training and coordinate with department heads.
• Lead psychologist onboarding training in collaboration with Frontera Diagnostics.
