Job summary

Behavioral Innovations in Waldorf, MD seeks a Clinical Trainer / Lead RBT to oversee the onboarding and ongoing training of BTs and RBTs in BACB-aligned practices. The role partners with BCBAs to ensure clinical milestones are met and every child progresses per BACB standards.

The successful candidate will manage training programs, lead a team, and drive quality care with a focus on efficiency and compliance in a fast-paced ABA center.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of early intervention experience in ABA.
• Leadership experience with supervision of staff.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current RBT certification; RBT IV or higher preferred.
• Strong time management, observation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to train others and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Train clinical staff to BACB standards within the center.
• Coordinate with BCBAs to meet milestones and clinical requirements.
• Ensure BTs and RBTs receive proper training per program.
• Oversee training milestones completion.
