Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Behavior Interventionist Trainer to lead live, remote ABA training cohorts and mentor new BTs in Oxnard, CA. You’ll shape onboarding experiences and deliver actionable feedback to help clinicians grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, ABA, or related field.
• 1+ year experience as a Behavior Interventionist (ABA).
• Strong ABA knowledge and communication skills.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and supporting others.
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.
• Meets background, TB, and employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead live, remote ABA training cohorts.
• Mentor new hires through onboarding.
• Create an engaging, positive first experience.
• Provide real-time feedback and coaching.
• Partner with home centers on scheduling and readiness.
• Track training completion and engagement.
• Share performance feedback with leadership.
• Help improve and evolve our training programs.
