Job summary

Gateway Autism Therapies and Education seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead development and implementation of individualized ABA programs. You will supervise staff, mentor BTs toward RBT certification, and oversee data-driven treatment plans.

Based remotely with travel every 90 days, SD licensure is required. The role emphasizes mentorship, clinical excellence, and collaborative care within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing ABA assessments to drive effective, individualized treatment plans
• Conduct parent training to support skill generalization and consistency across environments
• Provide supervision to RBTs (5–10%) and client supervision (10–20%)
• Deliver 1:1 direct observation and supervision sessions
• Implement direct ABA therapy as needed
• Review and analyze data to monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions
• Identify objective, measurable goals based on assessments and data trends
• Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals for well-rounded care
• Develop, implement, and update Comprehensive Response (CR) learning trees
• Lead weekly team meetings with RBTs and Clinical Director
• Participate in bi-weekly meetings with Dr. Ryan for clinical oversight
• Track and support 40-hour RBT training and certification, including competency assessments and ongoing mentorship
