Alongside ABA in California is seeking an experienced ABA Scheduler to coordinate schedules for therapists across homes, schools, and clinics. The role emphasizes efficient scheduling, strong organizational skills, and exceptional service to clients and therapists.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of scheduling experience, preferably in healthcare or therapy.
• Familiarity with ABA therapy and its environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules of ABA therapists across homes, schools, and clinics.
• Ensure optimal match between client needs and therapist availability.
• Communicate schedule changes promptly to clients and therapists.
• Maintain scheduling records in the system and support the ABA department.
