Shining Steps ABA is seeking an experienced ABA Recruiter to join our growing team. This fast‑paced role focuses on recruiting and staffing Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for ABA cases across multiple locations. Remote work is available with CST hours.

This is NOT an entry‑level position; candidates must have proven ABA recruiting experience and familiarity with ABA terminology. You will source, screen, onboard, and manage pipelines using Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• Must have proven ABA recruiting experience.
• Strong knowledge of ABA terminology and services.
• Experience recruiting RBTs specifically.
• Able to discuss ABA terminology during interviews.
• Highly organized and comfortable using Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff RBTs for assigned ABA cases.
• Manage candidate pipelines and organize data in Google Sheets.
• Communicate with candidates throughout onboarding.
• Screen candidates for reliability, professionalism, and ABA knowledge.
• Meet staffing turnaround expectations for open cases.
• Collaborate with leadership on staffing priorities and urgent needs.
